Your routine,
on your wrist.
Build it once on iPhone. Your Watch taps you at every step — screen off, phone in another room.
A live demo — the orange glow is where your wrist gets a tap.
Build it here.
Run it on your wrist.
Your iPhone is the workshop. Your Watch does the guiding, so you never have to look at a screen before you're awake.
Build once
Name each step, give it a length, pick an icon. Or start from a template in three taps.
Start on your Watch
A reminder rings at your time. One tap on Start, and your phone can stay in the other room.
Feel your way through
A tap when a step is almost up, another when it's time to move on, and a different one when you're done.
It bends on a bad day.
Routines fall apart from friction, not lack of intent. Anchored is built to keep you going, not to keep score.
Short version
Running late? Start just the steps that matter. It still counts.
Never miss twice
Miss a day and your streak waits for you. Only two in a row start it over.
Done by 7:42
See exactly when you'll finish before you start. Time, made visible.
After I pour coffee
Tie each routine to something you already do, and let the cue do the remembering.
Finish and save
Stopped at step five of six? Save what you did. It still counts.
Calm by design
No points, no badges, no red marks. A quiet moment at the end, then on with your day.
On your watch face
Your next routine and its time, on the face and in the Smart Stack. Tap it to go straight to Start.
What the app sends us: nothing.
There is no Anchored server. Your routines move only between your own iPhone and Watch.

Straight answers.
Do I need an Apple Watch?
Yes. You build routines on iPhone (iOS 17.6 or later) and run them on an Apple Watch (watchOS 10.6 or later). Without a Watch, routines can't be run.
Will it tap me with my wrist down?
Yes. While a routine runs, Anchored stays active for up to an hour so taps come through with the screen off. If you press the Digital Crown or switch apps, the remaining step changes arrive as notifications instead.
Can it start when I put my watch on?
watchOS doesn't let any app know when you put your watch on. Instead, a reminder rings at your time and opens straight to your routine — one tap on Start.
What happens to my data?
It stays on your iPhone and Watch. It moves with your iPhone backup, and deleting the app deletes it from your devices. Read the privacy policy.
Is it really one payment?
Yes. One in-app purchase unlocks unlimited routines and history for good, on every iPhone signed in to your Apple Account. With Family Sharing, your family gets it too.
Start tomorrow on your wrist.
